Dosing and Administration

Patients with severe renal insufficiency drug prescribed at a dose of 10 mg per day. Depending on the response to ongoing therapy and the severity of side effects, dosage can be adjusted. If the amount of rashes decreased by at least 70% during 16-24 weeks of taking Isotretinoin, the treatment is stopped. When confirming the recurrent or persistent course of the disease, the second course of therapy is carried out with a break of at least 2 months.
