Phil Heath was born on December 18, 1979 in Seattle, USA. His real name sounds like: Phillip Jerrod Heath. As a child, he was an active boy and loved playing sports, especially basketball. After graduation, Phil Heath steroids entered the University of Denver in 1998, where he started playing in the basketball team in the position of a shooter, as he had a small growth. With the basketball in Heath everything worked out – he played perfectly, he was respected by his teammates.

Bodybuilding

The first bodybuilding competition for Phil was the 2003 Northern Colorado Championship. The set goal, namely, to become the winner of its category, was achieved. Many were surprised, because the athlete has never performed before. Fate brought together two future good friends – Phil Heath steroids and Jay Cutler . Jay played a guest pose at this tournament, and after the tournament Phil was interested in him, so they got to know each other, became friends and soon Jay became his mentor.

 

A year later, Phil became the owner of the title ” Mr. Colorado “, and one year later the winner of the Junior Nashional’s 2005 and the US Championship, becoming a professional. Not losing a single competition, he received the nickname “The gift”, ie. “Gift”.

Two sportsmen trained in one room, who in future became each other’s main rivals, somewhere, perhaps, enemies, but initially very good friends – it’s Phil Heath steroids and Kai Green. Both athletes always listened to Jay Cutler’s advice, which helped them to progress.

In 2008, Phil took part in his first Olympia. He took third place, on the second was his teacher. Jay knew that his student was about to become his good rival. However, in 2011, Phil still walked his friend and teacher Jay Cutler, taking 1st place, thanks to brilliant preparation. Kai Green took 3rd place.

Achievements

In 2005, Phil Heath became the absolute champion of the US Junior Championships, among amateurs – also an absolute champion. 2006 was very successful: Phil won two major competitions (“Colorado Pro” and “New York Pro”). In 2008 he became 3 at Olympia, 2 at Arnold Classic and 1 in the tournament Iron Man Pro. Phil was fifth at Olympia next year. Improving his form, he took second place at the 2010 Olympia and the same place at the Arnold Classic. Naturally, the main achievement of Phil Heath steroids was the victory at Olympia, with 5 consecutive years (from 2011 to 2015)!

2 meal. Phil does not consider a clear number of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, etc. in the diet, but tries to minimize fat intake. Calories gradually increase, but not so much to sit at every meal for an hour. 300 grams of chicken breasts, 300 grams of rice (most likely it is wild or brown rice), glutamine and drink water.
